Refund Evaluation

Returned items are carefully reviewed upon receipt. Refunds are granted only if the merchandise meets our standards and is approved by our team. Once authorized, refunds are initiated within 14 calendar days.

Refund Channel

Funds will be reimbursed to the same payment method used to complete your purchase. Your bank or credit card company may require 3–5 additional business days to finalize the transaction.

Charges Not Covered by Refund

• Shipping charges are not included in the refund.
• Return shipping fees may be subtracted if the return is not the result of an error on our part.
